A wastewater renewal contract in the suburbs of Papanui/St Albans. The majority of the of all the pipework is being re-laid in the location of the existing pipework. The existing pipework and the manhole have reached the end of their useful life. There is over 3000m of pipelines and property laterals to be re-laid within sections of about a dozen sheets.
Whilst these construction works can be a bit disruptive to the residents of the area, once completed the wastewater pipes should not require replacement for several years.
